Access Utah Promise Scholarship

The Access Utah Promise Scholarship is a need-based award funded by the State of Utah and is available at all USHE institutions. Students are selected after being admitted to USU and filing for FAFSA based on their need. The Access Utah Promise Scholarship can only be awarded to students with fewer than 60 undergraduate credit hours.

Talent Development Incentive Loan Program

The Talent Ready Incentive Loan Program was established to provide additional financial support for students studying in certain majors approved by the State of Utah Governor’s Board of Education. At Utah State University, these majors include Management Information Systems and Computers Science. Students in these majors must be enrolled full-time and have completed at least two semesters at a Utah higher education institution post-high school. The Talent Ready Incentive Loan provides loan funding that can be forgiven if recipients work in the state of Utah in a computer science or IT related field after graduation for one year per each academic year of funding from this program. Regents’ Scholarship

The Regents’ Scholarship encourages Utah high school students to prepare for college academically and is based on courses and requirements completed while attending Utah high schools. Funding for this scholarship is provided by the State of Utah and is available at all USHE institutions. New Century Scholarship

The New Century Scholarship encourages Utah high school students to complete college courses while in high school or study in STEM-related majors. Awarding is based on courses and requirements completed before graduating high school. Funding for this scholarship is provided by the State of Utah and is available at all USHE institutions.
